What to write in

Support — trouble signing in, a listing that will not post, photos that will not upload, notifications not arriving.

Payments and refunds — money debited but credits or a promotion not delivered, or a refund request. Include the date, the amount and the payment reference from your receipt. The rules are on the refunds page.

Report a listing or a user — a fake, duplicate or misleading listing, a wrong or unreachable number you spent a credit on, impersonation, abuse or a suspected scam. Reporting from inside the app is faster because it attaches the listing automatically, but email works too.

Privacy and data — a copy of your data, a correction, or a deletion request. You can delete your account yourself from Profile → Delete account in the app, or atapp.diraprop.com/delete-account.

Advertising — banner and in-feed placements for local businesses.

Grievance officer

Complaints under applicable Indian law, including the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, may be sent to the address above, marked for the attention of the Grievance Officer.

We acknowledge a grievance within 48 hours of receiving it and aim to resolve it within 30 days. Please include your registered phone number or email and enough detail for us to identify the listing, account or payment concerned.

A note on fraud

We will never call or message you asking for your OTP, password, card number, UPI PIN or bank details. Anyone who does is not from Dira Prop. Never transfer token money or an advance to a seller simply because their listing appears here — verify the property, the documents and the person first. See clauses 6, 8 and 9 of the terms.
