Pricing

Browsing, searching, chatting with a seller and posting your own property are free, with no cap on listings. There are only two paid things on Dira Prop, both listed below. Every new account starts with 3 free credits.

Contact credits

One credit unlocks the phone number on one listing. Credits do not expire, and the same listing never costs you a second credit.

Listing promotions

A promotion makes one listing appear more often in its city feed for a set number of days. It buys frequency, not a guaranteed number of views, enquiries or a sale. Bought per listing, from inside the app.

Taxes

All prices above are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are the total amount payable — any applicable taxes are included. We do not add a separate convenience or gateway fee at checkout.

Payment methods

Payments are processed by Razorpay. You can pay by UPI, credit card, debit card, net banking or wallet. Your card and UPI details are entered on Razorpay's checkout and never reach us — see the privacy policy.

Delivery

Both products are digital and are delivered to your account immediately on successful payment. See the delivery policy.

Offers and price changes

We run discounts from time to time, and prices may change. The table above is our current standard rate; the price you will actually be charged is always shown in the app before you pay, with any discount applied. A price change never affects credits you have already bought or a promotion already running.
